SAE J524 TUBING
Seamless low carbon steel tubing to SAE J524, annealed in a controlled atmosphere. The annealed condition gives the ductility needed for tight bend radii and double flaring without cracking, which is why it is used for brake, fuel and instrument lines. Supplied in coils or straight lengths.
Price: quoted per specification. Steel prices move with the raw material market, so every quotation is confirmed at the time of order.

Typical applications
- Brake and fuel lines
- Instrumentation tubing
- Lubrication lines
- Bent and flared assemblies
Quality and packing: tubes are protected with anti-rust oil and packed seaworthy, in wooden cases where agreed. Each lot is tested for chemical composition, yield and tensile strength, flattening, elongation and dimensions, with visual inspection and NDT available on request.
